DYNAMO

The installation consists of eight luminous spheres, each 4.5 metres in diameter, arranged on the floor.

In front of each sphere is a podium equipped with a crank allowing spectators to interact directly with the work.

By turning the crank, the spectator sees a stream of light energy propagate from the podium to the corresponding sphere, illuminating it completely and generating luminous animations. The intensity and type of illumination vary according to the speed of rotation and duration of the crank’s action.

Spectators soon realize that their energy can also spread to neighboring spheres, creating a network of luminous interactions.

A soundscape synchronized with the movement of the cranks reinforces the immersive effect of the installation.
